Spring Mill Centre is a mixed-use development on 57 acres in the fast-growing Westfield market. Westfield is a suburban market just north of the Indianapolis metro area and is home to Grand Park the largest amateur sports complex in the US. This area of SR 32 is becoming the new retail and business corridor with a new Meijer store almost complete across the street and and several business breaking ground in the area. Population growth and residential housing is exploding within a 1-3 mile area. Over 2,000 rooftops are under construction or approved in the immediate area. The combination of local residents and massive travel sports tournaments makes this a perfect location.
The purpose of this district is to accommodate industrial uses that conduct their operations entirely within enclosed buildings. The Spring Mill Centre PUD allows for some outdoor storage with fencing. This area has the dual option of General Office and a few other exceptions.
The purpose of this district is to accommodate the general business needs of the community. This district is intended to be more comprehensive than the LB: Local and Neighborhood Business District, by permitting a broader range and greater intensity of uses.
The purpose of this district is to accommodate general office developments conducted within buildings so constructed that no noise, dust, or dirt is audible or visible beyond the confines of the building. This area also allows for General Business as described above.
